Oto nowy ranking Salonu Kulturalnego – setka najlepszych płyt świata. Najlepszych, czyli najwspanialszych i najważniejszych w historii muzyki rozrywkowej.

Jak każdy tego typu ranking, i ten jest subiektywny, więc proszę się nie dziwić, że tej czy innej płyty tutaj nie znajdziecie. Pod uwagę braliśmy albumy rockowe (tych jest najwięcej w naszym zestawieniu), ale także bluesowe, jazzowe, hip-hopowe, a nawet popowe. Słowem, wszelkie rodzaje i gatunki tzw. współczesnej muzyki popularnej. Nie wartościowaliśmy tych albumów – przyjdzie jeszcze na to czas w Salonie – na razie jest ich sto.
